Are you interested to learn how to feel more peace and calm in the midst of your busy life? Are you curious about how to be less reactive under stress? Are you hopeful to learn a way to manage anxiety, depression, or chronic pain without medication? If so, please join me for this 6-week introductory course on Mindfulness Meditation. Each week we will explore a different mindfulness practice that can support you to live a more grounded, fulfilling, and loving life. The class will involve a combination of teaching, experiential exercises, and discussion, as well as tips for how to integrate the practices into your daily life. Please join me for this transformative experience!
Classes meet on Wednesday evenings from August 22nd through September 26th, from 6:30- 8:00 pm. ** The first and last classes are 2 hours and run from 6:30-8:30 pm. **
Early bird registration = $199 for the 6-week series (received by July 15th)
Regular registration = $239 (after July 15th)
Partial scholarships available for those for whom the fee is a barrier.
