New Year's Introduction to Mindfulness & Compassion

Are you interested to learn how to feel more peace and calm in the midst of your busy life? Are you curious about how to be less reactive under stress? Are you hopeful to learn a way to manage anxiety, depression, or chronic pain without medication? If so, please join me for this 6-week introductory course on Mindfulness Meditation & Compassion Practices.
Each week we will explore a different mindfulness or compassion practice that can support you to live a more grounded, fulfilling, and loving life. The class will involve a combination of teaching, experiential exercises, and discussion, as well as tips for how to integrate the practices into your daily life. Please join me for this transformative experience!
Classes meet on Tuesday evenings from February 19th through March 26th, from 6:30- 8:00 pm. ** The first and last classes are 2 hours and run from 6:30-8:30 pm. **
Early bird registration = $199 for the 6-week series (received by February 1st)
Regular registration = $239 (after February 1st)
Partial scholarships available for those for whom the fee is a barrier.
